Doctor's Appointment

Isaac had his TWO year check up!

He is my healthy little guy!

He was NOT happy to be there.

He screamed the ENTIRE time we were there.

So grateful Grandma took her lunch break & came to help.

The nice thing is... he didn't need to get any shots! YAHOO!!!

I fee like he's so much bigger then he really is.

I thought for sure he would be in at least the 80%.

Well... he wasn't...

He weighs 29.1 lbs = 64%

His height 34.84 in = 63%

His head circumference measures 19.8 in = 86%

[Haha... so he has a huge head!]

Love my baby!

So grateful I get to be his Mommy and spend everyday with him!

Can't believe he is TWO!!!

February 2011

We had a great February 2011!

We stayed busy!

Isaac and I went to Heber twice this month. The first time was to stay and hang out with Katie while Bruce and Alison went to Hawaii [lucky!] for a week. Then later we stayed for a few days while they all went to California. At the end of the month we got to go to the Cabin! It was so nice and relaxing! Fun to go with Daddy!

Staying in Heber:

He loves to watch the blinds go up in the morning and go down at night. He would be happy if I'd just do it all day long! So funny!

Saying "Thank you" for opening the blinds for him... and the day!

Someone has figured out how fun it is to zip and unzip his jammies! Oh joy!

Someone found the stash of diapers! Thinks he's funny!

Brushing his teeth... with mom's toothbrush. He also has the phone just in case!

I was trying to record the Super Bowl and I turn around to this! SO FUNNY!!! I burst into laughter! He had pulled this out of the closet and pulled it all they way over, while being SO quiet that I had no idea! What a little character. I think I've only swept maybe ONCE while he was paying attention. Makes me wonder if they have. :)

Isaac loves to try on my shoes and walk around. Such a funny kid!

Loves their front door! So glad I can lock the glass door! Funny kid!

Piano lessons from Katie! So cute! He loves to play! He wanted to be right up there with her playing along!

LOVES LOVES LOVES the "kee-kee". Chasing the cats all over the place. I was shocked when Mama cat let Isaac cuddle her like this. So glad she didn't freak out. He has been scratched a few times... but he still doesn't get it! Haha! So funny! Too bad he won't EVER have cats. I hate them! I only want Dogs! PERIOD! Fun times in Heber!!!

Here and there:

So tired BEFORE church! Oh great! Long three hours coming up!

Ready to go shopping! HAHA!!!

SO BIG!!! He wanted to wear my snow boots! They go up to his hips! Silly kid! Doesn't look very comfortable!

I was released from being a Beehive advisor in January. My cute girls came and gave me a "HEART" attack all over the front door. With cute little messages from them! We put them all over Isaac! He's my sweet little Valentine! I got to spend the day giving him lots of Kisses!

Reading Mommy's book! So focused!

This kid LOVES to drink! So grateful he now loves "MEEM" = MILK! It took awhile! But he would be happy to drink all day long if I would let him. Don't you like his hat? Daddy got him some new KEEN'S for the summer. He was playing with the box!

MELT MY HEART!!!

I love his sweet Smile! It kind of has a mischievous look to it... don't you think?

Playing "BOO" [peek-a-boo] with Daddy! He'd put the bucket on his head and laugh then shout BOO! Crazy kid!!

Sweet Aunt Janice got the neck vibrator for Grandpa and I think he's used it maybe once... but Isaac sure loves it! He can push the button and thinks it's great! I love how he's all scrunched up here! What a character!

Went to Chuck-E-Cheese for the first time! He loved all the moving cars. He was NOT happy when another kid wanted a turn. Didn't they know it was ONLY Isaac's car? It started to get really crowded and Isaac hasn't mastered the art of Sharing yet... so we went home. But he was funny while it lasted!

February was fun!

January 2011

So to try and keep up with my blogging...

I am going to do them by month. Unless there is a BIG event or fun Vacation or just something fun all around I will do it separately! We'll see how it goes! I feel like I have so much to still catch up on... and I know I won't be able to get to all of it! So here it goes for... 2011!

JANUARY 2011

I can't believe it is 2011 already! Man the years just keep going by faster and faster! Maybe it's just that I fill my day with more [chasing Isaac around and what not] so it goes by faster!

Jan 2-8, Brian and I went to Belize! [Hopefully I'll finish that blog soon - I got frustrated with it... so I stopped for a bit - haha!] It was so much fun and we want to go back as soon as we possibly can! It a much needed break from life! :) I missed my little man though!

I was able to get updates via texts from both set of parents letting me know how he was doing! I wasn't able to get any pictures... but my mom did try and send this one! I got it once we landed in the great USA! This is him taking a bath!!! He loves his bath times!!

Isaac loves to hide in the food cupboard and play "BOO" [peek-a-boo]. It's hard to keep food in there... since Isaac thinks it's his territory! :)

Isaac loves to also climb into the little wooden side table in the front room. He gets a kick out of it! Look at those BLUE BLUE EYES!!! Melt my heart!

So funny... trying to cram in there! He used to fit!

Morning routine... drink yummy chocolate milk while cuddling with Mommy and watching Elmo or Mickey Mouse!

He's cleaning up after himself! I think he's seen me do this a couple of times!

Cleaning again... now the carpet! Strange! :) His hand looks freaky cause he was moving it! Haha!

Loves this cart at Dans! This was his first time in this kind! He gets so excited to drive the car whenever we get to the store!

My concert pianist! I hope he keeps this love up of the piano! He likes to play it everyday!

Isaac is happiest when we are outside! It doesn't matter if it's raining, hailing, snowing, cloudy, or sunshine... that's where he wants to be. It doesn't matter if his cheeks are bright red and his hands are close to having frost bite. He gets so mad when it's time to come in. I wonder where he gets this from??? [Hint: NOT ME!] When you ask him "Want to go outside" he gets the biggest grin on his face and runs for the door. Even if he's barefoot and only in a diaper. I've learned to make sure he's dressed and has a fresh diaper on and pretty much ready to go. It's to hard to pull him away. :) Love my little guy!

My happy little guy! I needed to run to the bank and we were getting close to nap time. So to keep him happy I got him some chicken nuggets! He was happy! He's holding his "oggie" too! [yes that is a giraffe... not dog. But everything is a dog to him!]

January was a great month!

We went on a great vacation and were able to enjoy the time with my little man!

I did turn 26! YEESH!

I feel like it was just yesterday that I turned 16!

Time keeps going faster!

I was spoiled on my birthday!!!

I was in Belize!!

[I could spend every birthday there!]

I slept in and relaxed by our pool. Then Kelly and I went shopping! :) Brian got to fish and then we he and Bryce got back they took my to dinner! It was really yummy and a fun experience! I love every moment of it! We had brownies and then we were tuckered out and had to pack. But it was so fun! Can't wait to see what I'll be doing on my 27th Birthday!
